Henry Kelly, the former spokesperson for the Okaloosa County School District, entered a plea of no-contest to a non-criminal infraction of a  the Public Records Law for releasing of a record regarding a complaint of misconduct against a school district employee. Kelley was fined the statutory maximum of $500.
