UNDER-AGE SEX ARREST

The Panama City Police Department arrested a 37-year-old Bay County woman after she had sex with a 15-year-old boy in a vacant bus. The incident was said to have taken place on April 5th in an unsecured bus on the property of the Boys & Girls Club of Bay County. Donna Compton, admitted having intercourse with the teenager and is being held on a $75,000 bond. Hank Hill, CEO of the Boys & Girls Club, said neither Compton nor the victim had any ties to the organization.
