The case of the stolen ice cream cart in Panama City Beach has been solved. On May 3rd Ice cream vendor Tosh McKenzie reported that someone cut the lock off the storage unit at Pilcher Storage Center in Panama City Beach where the bright yellow cart – valued at $2,500 – was stored and took the cart. Now it has been reported that the cart was found by Storage Center employees and returned to McKenzie undamaged. However, McKenzie said he had already purchased a replacement for the stolen cart, but said he was attached to his original cart.
