Santa Rosa Sheriff Bob Johnson announced the arrest of a convicted sexual predator on 20 counts of child pornography with some of the victims as young as two and three years old. Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Jackson, on Timberline Road in Milton yesterday afternoon. The Sheriff said they found 105 images on a cell phone that belonged to Jackson who was not registered as a sexual predator as required by state law. The Sheriff said the images are being reviewed and more charges could be filed.
