DEFUNIAK SPRINGS PLANE CRASH

A plane crash at the DeFuniak Springs Municipal Airport did not result in any injuries Saturday afternoon. The DeFuniak Springs Police Department said a male pilot was making a landing in a single-engine Cessna aircraft when a cross wind caused the plane to veer off the runway and flip over. The pilot was the only passenger on the plane and was not hurt. The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board will investigate.
