The Milton Police Department says a man and a woman have been arrested for sex crimes against minors. Investigators said the incidents took place over a three-year period and the victims came forward earlier this month. 41-year-old Jason Shirley, and 33-year-old Jessica Warren, were arrested Friday. Shirley was charged with capital felony charges of sexual battery by a person over 18 on a victim under 12. Warren was charged with a life felony of lewd and lascivious battery.
