Panama City Beach Police say a 19-year-old Bay County man was arrested Sunday after police say he molested several children on the beach near Pier Park. Police received a call about a possible sex offense against a child. Kyle Koch was identified as a suspect, and police say he confessed to molesting the child while they were on the beach near Pier Park, as well as several other offenses he had committed against children in that area. Koch was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct and lewd and lascivious molestation of a child. The investigation is ongoing and police say more charges are pending.
