Five women have filed lawsuits alleging battery and sexual assault against Crestview-based doctor, Khalid Moussa. The plaintiffs were patients of Moussa, a gastroenterologist, and said they were fondled inside the offices of the North Okaloosa Physician Group. The dates of the assaults range from the summer of 2015 and to April, 2017. The victim’s attorney said both the Crestview Police Department and the Florida Department of Health have assigned investigators to the case.
