The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says a 29-year-old Uber driver was found dead of a gunshot wound Sunday morning. The Sheriff’s Office says Filip Kirilov was found inside his blue van in the 600 block of Santa Rosa Bloulevard. around 6:30 Sunday morning.  Investigators believe he was shot between 4 and 6 a.m. but a motive for the shooting is unclear. A person of interest was said to have been identified based on surveillance camera footage, but no names have been released and the investigation is continuing.
