The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said a boater injured in an accident near the Panama City Marina Sunday afternoon has died of his injuries. Officers said 59-year-old Brad Bramblett, was killed after being ejected from his 17-foot boat, which continued to circle and struck Bramblett several times while he was in the water. He was eventually pulled from the water and transported to Bay Medical where he died. The boat continued to circle for over an hour until Coast Guard personnel threw several ropes in the water, fouling the prop. The FWC is continuing to investigate the incident.
