A 32-year-old Bay County inmate has been charged with trying to smuggle synthetic marijuana into the jail by coating pieces of paper with the liquid form of the substance. The Bay County Sheriff’s Office says on May 4th Bertucci contacted 32-year-old Justin Paradise using the jail phone system, which is a recorded line, and arranged to have the papers coated with synthetic marijuana and delivered to the jail. The delivery was video recorded by the Bay County Jail video system and Bertucci and Paradise were both arrested.
