Today is the deadline for Floridians to register to vote or change party affiliations for the August 28th primary elections, which will include races for governor, Cabinet seats, congressional and legislative seats and local races. The state Division of Elections says as of June 30th, Florida had more than 12.9 million registered voters, with registered Democrats slightly outnumbering registered Republicans.
