The 35-year-old Pace man, accused of killing two girls and seriously injuring two other people in a suspected DUI crash in May, has entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors. The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office said Kailen Kelly – allegedly drunk and speeding – was trying to escape lawmen when he crashed head-on with an SUV on Woodbine Road. 17-year-old Sidney Dowdy and 7-year-old Stormie Harrell were killed and two others seriously injured.
