Two more lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct against patients have been filed against Crestview gastroenterologist Dr. Khalid Moussa. Attorney Gillis Powell confirmed he filed the two new cases – the 6th and 7th – on Tuesday. Powell said as many as 21 women may be victims of Moussa’s alleged inappropriate groping. The lawsuits also name Moussa’s employer, North Okaloosa Physician Group, as a defendant and seek compensation for damages. Okaloosa County Circuit Judge Terrance Ketchel has issued a gag order limiting what those associated with the case can say to the news media.
