The former chief prosecutor of the State Attorney’s Office in the 14th Judicial Circuit was found guilty yesterday of possessing contraband in a detention facility and perjury. Greg Wilson was second-in-command at the State Attorney’s Office, but resigned in 2016 to mount an unsuccessful run for state attorney against his former boss, Glenn Hess. After his defeat Wilson went to work as a defense attorney and was arrested for possession of contraband at the Bay County Jail. He will be sentenced November 5th.
