A Santa Rosa homeowner found something usual in his front yard – a naked man. Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the home in the 5800 block of Hamilton Bridge Road in Milton and found 35-year-old Jerry Outler lying nude behind bushes in the front yard. He told them he did not know how he arrived at the residence, but had taken a swim in the homeowner’s pool. Outler admitted he had not taken his bipolar medication and he was under the influence of a narcotic but did not know what he took. Outler was arrested on charges of indecent exposure and criminal mischief for damaging property at the residence.
