Washington High School in Pensacola was evacuated because of a possible gas leak yesterday morning. According to Pensacola Police Department, and the City of Pensacola the School was evacuated after the smell of natural gas was reported. No gas leak was found and it was thought the smell came from roof work occurring at the school. Normal operations resumed at the high school a short time later.
