The State Attorney’s Office says a former teacher has been found guilty on three counts of child abuse while teaching at an Okaloosa County elementary school. The victim, a 5-year-old boy with autism, at Kenwood Elementary in Fort Walton Beachm, was non-verbal and the State Attorney’s Office said during the 2015 school year Marlynn Stillions tripped, kneed, and shoved the boy to the ground. Sentencing has been set for December 6^th, and State sentencing guidelines call for a minimum 33 month state prison sentence with a maximum of 15 years in state prison.
