The State Attorney’s Office says a former teacher has been found guilty on three counts of child abuse while teaching at an Okaloosa County elementary school. The victim, a 5-year-old boy with autism, at Kenwood Elementary in Fort Walton Beachm, was non-verbal and the State Attorney’s Office said during the 2015 school year Marlynn Stillions tripped, kneed, and shoved the boy to the ground. Sentencing has been set for December 6th, and State sentencing guidelines call for a minimum 33 month state prison sentence with a maximum of 15 years in state prison.
