The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, says 2.5 million pounds of taquitos have been recalled for possible salmonella and listeria contamination. The frozen, ready-to-eat meat and poultry taquitos, mostly sold in bulk packaging, were produced from July 1st through Oct. 10th. They include 4.5-lbs. cardboard cases 24-count Go-Go Taquitos “Beef Taco & Cheese Taquitos”, “Buffalo Style Cooked Glazed Chicken Taquitos”, and “Chipotle Chicken Wrapped in A Battered Flour Tortilla”.
