Florida Governor Rick Scott has asked the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate whether south Florida election officials fraudulently mishandled ballots in the U.S. Senate race, and filed lawsuits demanding access to those ballots. Scott accused election officials in Broward and Palm Beach counties, of “rampant fraud” in a vote counting process that has continued two days after the election.
