BAY COUNTY RABID RACCOON

The Florida Department of Health in Bay County says a raccoon killed off Western Road, west of Westchester Road, has tested positive for rabies. This is the 7th confirmed rabid animal for Bay County in 2018. They include five raccoons and a rabid fox. Wild animals that act strangely or are aggressive should be avoided and reported to animal control.
