Former Okaloosa County special education teacher Marlynn Stillions – convicted of abusing a 4-year-old nonverbal autistic child in her care -will serve seven years in prison. The abuse occurred during the 2015-16 school year at Kenwood Elementary School. Circuit Court Judge Michael Flowers sentenced Stillions to five years in prison on the first count of child abuse and to one year on each of the second two with the sentences to be served consecutively.
