FOUND BODY IN SANTA ROSA COUNTY

Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson said investigators believe a body found in a shallow grave at private residence on Highway 4 in Jay on Sunday are the remains of Felecia Kuswandy, a 38-year-old woman reported missing on May 28th. The sheriff said Kuswandy was known to stay at the property where the body was buried, but did not say who owned the property, or whether that individual is a suspect. The   University of West Florida anthropology division is assisting with the excavation efforts and DNA testing will be required to confirm the identity. The Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of death.
