The Salvation Army in Pensacola is ttle a hard time filling fill all the slots for bell ringers to collect donations at Red Kettle locations. The Red Kettle drive is the Salvation Army’s main fund-raising effort of the year and volunteers are the difference between an empty kettle, and one that raises $30 per hour.
