Fort Walton Beach Police say two people were found dead Saturday in a car submerged in Santa Rosa Sound next to the Liza Jackson Park boat ramp. Police responded to submerged vehicle in the intercoastal waterway at 5:45 a.m. and the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office dive team found the bodies of 89-year-old Dea Hee Kim and 82-year-old Ho Shin Kim, both of Fort Walton Beach. The cause of death has yet to be determined and the investigation is on-going.
