FORT WALTON BEACH – FOLLOW-UP ON FOUND BODIES

The married couple found dead in a submerged vehicle at Liza Jackson Park in Fort Walton Beach may have been in the car for several days before they were found. 89-year-old Dea Hee Kim, and 82-year-old Ho Shin Kim, were found last Saturday morning in an S.U.V. in Santa Rosa Sound after a duck hunter called Fort Walton Beach police after he spotted the SUV in about 10 feet of water. Neighbors told police the couple had not been seen in several days. The couple’s death remains under investigation, although foul play is not suspected.
