An Okaloosa County School District English has been fired for sitting on a male student’s lap while teaching a classroom of pupils. DEATH PENALTY TO BE SOUGHT

Prosecutors in Broward County say they intend to seek the death penalty for 19-year-old Nicolas Cruz, the former student charged with killing 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School last month. WALTON COUNTY BEACH DRIVING PERMITS

Walton County officials say the annual Beach Driving Permit lottery will begin April 1st.  Every year, the county issues 150 beach driving permits through a random lottery process to allow winners to legally drive on beaches. SHERIFF’S BUDGET DISPUTE

The budget dispute Escambia County Sheriff David Morgan and Escambia County Commissioners maybe resolved.
