A driver traveling in reverse on Interstate 10 Saturday night, collided with and Escambia County Fire Rescue battalion chief’s vehicle. Bay County property appraisers say Hurricane Michael has caused an estimated 1.14 billion dollars of damage after they assessed 48,000 of the county’s 73,000 buildings. SEWAGE BACKUP CLOSES MILTON RESTAURANT

State inspectors closed the Burger King at 6682 Highway 90 after inspectors saw employees walking through sewage and wastewater on the kitchen floor. OKALOOSA COUNTY TEACHER SENTENCED

Former Okaloosa County special education teacher Marlynn Stillions – convicted of abusing a 4-year-old nonverbal autistic child in her care -will serve seven years in prison.
