SCHOOL BUSES COLLIDE

The Crestview Police Department says seven students were injured when two school buses collided yesterday. It happened 2:15 p.m. at the intersection of State Road 85 and Highway 90. Both buses were traveling from Crestview High School when the collision occurred. The busy intersection of the city’s major north-south and east-west arteries was partially blocked as Crestview officers and Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office deputies worked the scene and the crash remains under investigation.
