SANDESTIN GROUND-BREAKING PROJECT

A groundbreaking ceremony has been held for Osprey Pointe, an addition to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It will have five buildings with 77 two, three, and four-bedroom condominiums, a community center and a pool. Sara Becnel, vice president of development for Sandestin, said she expects the project to be completed by February 2020. The building will be owned and operated by Sandestin, instead of being sold as condominiums.
