Gulf Breeze Police say a woman died after in a traffic crash Friday on Highway 98 near the Gulf Islands National Seashore around 12:30 p.m. Police say a car driven by Eamon O’Regan was eastbound when it crossed the center median, and struck a westbound van driven by Pamela Shivers, who was pronounced dead at the scene. O’Regan was taken to Baptist Hospital with serious injuries. Gulf Breeze Police say the investigation is continuing.
