A woman and two children were critically injured in a collision with a semi-truck yesterday afternoon on West 10 Mile Road at Stefani Road. The Florida Highway Patrol said 38-year old Kelsey Burdeaux of Lillian, Alabama, drove into the path of a semi driven by 36-year old Fredrick Powell of Mobile, Alabama. Bourdeax and two children, ages 7 and 10, were taken to Sacred Heart Hospital in critical condition. The crash remains under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.
