The Florida Highway Patrol says a 44-year-old Pensacola man died Tuesday night after a two-vehicle crash on Mobile Highway. Troopers say it happened about 10:35 p.m., just north of Michigan Avenue, when a car driven by 22-year-old James Moody, collided with an S.U.V. driven by Jeffrey Williams, which then hit a concrete power pole. Williams was taken to Sacred Heart Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Charges are pending.
