The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team was called out to a double-wide mobile home Friday morning after a man armed with a bat barricaded himself inside the mobile home with woman and refused to come out after a domestic dispute. Department spokesman Sergeant Rich Aloy said Deputies negotiated with the man for an hour without success at the residence on Munson Highway. The incident ended when the SWAT team entered the residence and took the man into custody. The woman was unharmed.
