ANDREW GILLUM ETHICS CHARGES

The Florida Commission on Ethics says four out of five ethics charges brought against gubernatorial candidate and former Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum, have been dismissed. Gillum agreed to pay a fine of $5,000 on the remaining charge – admitting he took a boat ride in the New York Harbor that should have been reported. The hearing centered on whether Gillum accepted illegal gifts during trips to Costa Rica and New York.
