The Florida Highway Patrol says a 12-year-old boy was killed when his bike was hit by a vehicle yesterday morning in Okaloosa County. It happened about 11:30am on Bluewater Boulevard at the intersection of Southwind Drive when 92-year-old Kiyoko Blystone entered the round-a-bout at the intersection and hit Abraham Sitcer, who was riding his bicycle eastbound on Bluewater. Charges against Blystone are pending.
