PACE DRIVER DIES

The Florida Highway Patrol says a 61-year-old Pace man died after losing consciousness while driving. Troopers say he was headed west on Berryhill Road in Milton when he suffered an unknown medical problem and lost consciousness while pulling to the side of the road. He was taken to the Santa Rosa Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. No names are being released while FHP works to notify family.
