The Florida Department of Law Enforcement says a 47-year-old Pensacola man was arrested last week for possession of child pornography. Jeffrey Noakes is charged with 15 counts of possession of  obscene material, several of which depicted the children in sexual acts.   The FDLE estimated the ages of the children to range between 3 and 9 years old. Noakes was booked into the Escambia County Jail on a $375,000 bond.
