The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office says a 25-year-old woman was arrested for attempting to stab a man in the stomach with a hunting  knife. The victim told deputies while he was in the bathroom at a house on Wenger Avenue in Cantonment, he heard a woman screaming and went to see what the problem was and found Keriah Giomi standing naked holding a knife. He said she yelled, “Jehovah” and tried to stab him in the stomach. He fought her off and suffered numerous cuts before escaping from the house. Giomi was arrested and booked into the Escambia County Jail on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon on a $100,000 bond.
