The Florida Department of Law Enforcement says a 27-year-old Detroit man has been arrested for stealing catalytic converters off cars parked in public parking lots in Okaloosa, Walton, Bay and St. Johns counties in March. Agents say Titus Bigelow stole more than 60 converters and is also a suspect in catalytic converter thefts in Alabama and North Carolina. Bigelow was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service in Detroit. Anyone who believes they were a victim of this crime is asked to contact the FDLE Regional Operations Center in Pensacola.
