The Florida Highway Patrol has identified the 40-year-old woman killed Friday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash on the Marler Bridge in Okaloosa County. Troopers say all three vehicles were traveling east when a vehicle driven by 43-year-old Larry Hopson of Fort Walton Beach struck the rear of a S.U.V. that had stopped for traffic on the bridge which then struck the rear of another vehicle stopped in front of it. Hopson was taken to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center with critical injuries. His passenger – Beverly Willis, also of Fort Walton Beach – was fatally injured.
