BOMB THREATENER INDICTED

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida said a 24-year-old man who was housed at a privately-run, state prison has been indicted on federal charges of making bomb threats to multiple federal and state agencies, including the Florida Secretary of State Laurel Lee. Noah Stirn, who was housed at Blackwater River Correctional Facility, is also accused of mailing multiple letters to federal and state agencies threatening the use of explosive devices. Stirn was serving time for crimes in Collier County and had a planned release date of August 2024, but will now face additional charges.
