The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says a 29-year-old man died after he walked into the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center yesterday and shot himself. Responding deputies said the man was in the emergency room area at the time of the shooting. No one else was threatened or injured and the identity of the man has not been released.
