City officials are considering adding pay-to-park lots at Norriego Point and Crystal Beach in Destin. The city is waiting for a quote from a company called Passport Parking, which has uses smartphone app to collect the parking fees. The council’s next regular held meeting is scheduled for Aug. 19 at the City Hall Annex, located at 4100 Indian Bayou Trail.
