The Fort Walton Beach Medical Center will build a free-standing emergency room in Navarre that will expand access to emergency care in Santa Rosa County. The full-service facility will be built in the 8600 block of Navarre Parkway near the Navarre Beach bridge and will be capable of caring for all ages – including pediatrics. It is expected to serve more than 10,000 patients a year and will cost just over 10 million dollars.
