CALHOUN COUNTY TRAFFIC FATALITIES

The Florida Highway Patrol said two people were killed in a traffic crash in Calhoun County on Saturday. Troopers say it occurred near State Road 20 and Melvin Grade Road, when a car heading east on State Road 20 crossed the centerline and collided with another car. Moments later, a third vehicle crashed into one of the wrecked cars. Both drivers and their passengers were injured and two people later died of their injuries. The investigation is ongoing and identities will be released when family members have been notified.
