The Florida Lottery says a 54-year-old Fort Walton Beach man is a million dollars richer after purchasing a winning a thirty-dollar Gold Rush Special Edition Scratch-Off game. Kevin Laws bought his winning ticket at the Tom Thumb store on Navarre Parkway in Navarre. Laws chose to receive his winnings in a lump sum payment of $700,000.
