CANTONMENT BURGLARY ARRESTED

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office said three people have been arrested for a burglary on Pin Oak Lane in Cantonment in which 31 firearms were stolen, 100 knives, two chainsaws, an ATV and clothing items. The items were valued at $20,000. Charged with 15 counts of grand theft of a firearm and one count of burglary are 35-year-old Martin Shaughnessy; 39-year-old Dawn Brooks; and 42-year-old Charles Kettering. In addition, Shaughnessy was charged with resisting an officer with violence, and Brooks was charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle.
