The Florida Department of Financial Services Division of Investigative and Forensics Services says a Pensacola woman has been arrested for setting fire to her home on May 11th. Escambia County Fire – Rescue responded to a fire at a home on North Roosevelt Street and the investigation determined the fire was intentionally set – one in a bedroom and another in the kitchen, which did about $20,000 worth of damage. The only occupant of the home was 65-year-old Eris Baines who was disoriented and confused and her brother told deputies she had made comments recently about burning the house down. Now she has been charged with arson and is being held in the Escambia County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
