More than 4,400 soldiers and airmen of the Florida National Guard have been activated for the approach of Hurricane Dorian. The National Guard says their missions include staffing and supporting the State Logistics Readiness Center in Orlando, and providing liaison officers to 17 counties. A helicopter search and rescue team is also on standby if needed.
